Field Supervisor

Job Summary
The Field Supervisor will oversee roofing installations for projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Works with Director of Operations to set daily goals and direct roofing crews to meet goals.

  • Oversees daily job site operations, including maintaining adequate materials and supplies for crew.

  • Inspects work in progress.

  • Ensures quality standards are met.

  • Maintains job site records, delay requests and weather reports as required.

  • Works with inspection authorities regarding approvals.

  • Visits job sites to deliver materials or trailers.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities
  • Very detail-oriented.

  • Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them.

  • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.

  • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs.

  • Understanding of Florida Building Code (FBC).

  • Understanding of OSHA safety requirements.

  • Basic understanding of construction industry and job site supervision preferred.

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work at heights.

  • Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel and crawl.

  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Project Coordinator

Job Summary
The Project Coordinator performs a variety of administrative and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when needed
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
  • Receives and distributes packages and mail
  • Processes job turn-in requests
  • Collects and tracks Insurance Certificates and Workers' Compensation
  • Schedules and follows up on in progress inspections
  • Schedules and coordinates equipment rentals
  • Assists Project Managers with questions related to permitting
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to speak Spanish (preferred*)
Education & Experience
  • Associates Degree required
  • One to three years of experience in an administrative role
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
