This outfit has been working hard putting a new roof on our condo, and the experience has been outstanding. Eddie Alacan has been top-notch every step of the way. He answers calls promptly, operates the machinery, and makes sure we're taken care of throughout the entire process. At the same time, he ensures the job is done right and completed on time. Eddie's professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail have truly stood out to all of the residents. He's one of a kind, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

Megram was installing a roof on my neighbor Lauras home. The production manager Eddie introduced himself and explained that before the crew left that they would also do a thorough cleanup in my side yard and backyard for any debris and nails. It was extremely hot and these guys including Eddie were so careful with my plants but also made sure not to leave a single nail behind . My kids can freely play with the dogs in the backyard again and he even left me a card for whenever we are ready to replace our roof. What a stand up guy . Thank you Megram and Eddie for taking care of us

After a recent storm, we learned we needed a new roof. Ten years ago, we were in the same situation, and had Megram replace our roof. Things went so well back then that we didnt hesitate calling Megram again. From our first contact with Justin Davis (Project Manager) to the job being completed, we knew that choosing Megram had, yet again, been the right decision. Justin answered all our questions & concerns, walking us through each phase of the job, overseeing the project from start to finish. Eddy (Job Supervisor) was on site during the work, ready to handle any situation that came up or questions we may have had. The job could not have gone any smoother! Thank you Megram for another job well done. And, a special thank you to Justin for going above & beyond normal customer service. Should we ever need another roof, Megram will be the only company we call.

The project manager, Eddie showed great skill and communicated during the whole process. I really appreciate the quality of work and want to thank Max for getting the job done on time and price. Will continue to recommend them.

Justin and Doug were a dynamic duo! Having a roof replaced can be very disruptive, but they communicated well and made it very tolerable. They stand behind their product and are very professional.

It was great having Megram to repair my roof. Mr. Justin Davis was particularly kind, understanding, and cordial. No question or concern was too much for him and he patiently guided me through the repair process. I highly recommend Megram and Mr. Davis.

Duncan and his team just finished my new roof and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. From the onset of the process, everything went smooth and I was notified every step of the way. When the guys showed up to work, they arrived early and got everything done the same day. My property was completely cleaned up with little to no evidence they were even there.

This is the second time we have worked with Megram. There is not a more outstanding group of people. Honest. Kind. Hardworking. And most importantly, problem solvers. We appreciate you! Thanks, Justin and Team.

Couldnt be happier with my new Megram roof! Jody guided me so well through the entire process from start to finish. It was lengthy process with insurance, but Jody made it way less daunting for me. Mike and crew were diligent and professional in providing a beautiful and well constructed roof, in a timely manner! Top notch job by all involved. Thank you!

Duncan McCartha was very knowledgeable, prompt, and helpful from start-to-finish for our roof replacement. Our roof came out great. Plus hes a really nice person in general 🙂 I recommend him to everyone!

Our roof was damaged by Hurricane Milton. Megram Construction came by and assessed our roof the day after the storm. The insurance company had originally approved repairs until Max sent additional information and pictures to them. They approved the full roof replacement. We worked with Isaac throughout the whole process and he was very helpful. If he was not sure about something, he found answers and got back to us promptly. They were able to replace our roof in one day and a few days later, replaced our gutters. We would definitely recommend them.

Ryan at Megram Construction, he is an exceptional person to work with. He was friendly & very professional. Ryan always kept me up to date on the status of my roof. He made the process seem easy. I truly appreciated his effort & the roof team, their hard work. My roof looks outstanding, I am very happy with the outcome.

I had cheaper options but decided to go with Megram because they gave me documentation on what they would do and the specifications. Additionally, since they were a certified installer, that also weighed in their favor. It took about a month from contract to completion and they took care of everything from permit to HOA. All was very professional and double checked by Duncan upon completion. I know a roof is a roof, but I am very pleased and just stand outside and look at it ... It is such an improvement over the builders crap that was installed. I now have peace of mind.

Highly recommend working with Duncan! After a hailstorm hit my neighborhood, I had no idea my roof had taken so much damage. I honestly didnt know where to start, but Duncan, the Project Manager with Megram Construction, made the entire process so easy. As a single woman navigating something like this on my own, I was overwhelmedbut Duncan was incredible. He worked directly with my insurance company and handled everything from start to finish. I barely had to lift a finger. He explained every step, answered all my questions, and truly made me feel taken care of. It felt like he was holding my hand through the entire processand that peace of mind is priceless. He was even able to get me a new garage door and window screen replaced! I didnt even know those were covered. If you need roof work done, trust Duncan. Hes professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. Couldnt be happier with my new roof or the experience!

Professional, efficient and competitively priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was a pleasure working with Justin Davis at Megram Construction. He was always there when I had questions and helped me through getting my home back to being a great home after severe damage from Hurricane Helene. I would highly reccemond Justin and the wonderful crew that worked on my home.

Megram Construction was wonderful to work with on our roofing project. Although my roof took two years to get completed, thanks to insurance issues, which once resolved the roof replacement took all of ONE DAY to remove and replace! Thanks to Justin who kept in contact with me throughout the insurance debacle whom kept me calm and filled with hope that one day Id hear those wonderful words PROJECT COMPLETE! Today was that day and I couldnt be happier with the outcome which is beautiful, their professionalism, the workers, the clean up, the ease of preparing and picking out supplies. If you ever need a great quality roof installed by a professional and friendly company, choose Megram Co. they are awesome! Thank you!! I included a comparison with before and after photos. The roof was almost 20 years old and originally the color it is now. What a difference!

Our project manager, Duncan McCartha, was superb. Great communication throughout the entire project. The crew was made up of hard workers that did a fantastic job. Clean up was thorough and perfect. We highly recommend Megram for your new roof.

Crew showed up on time and went right to work which unfortunately isn't the norm these day's but it is with this company and their employees! Duncan and his guys did a fantastic job all the way around! Great work ethic, cleaned up during and after job was completed, old school , came to work to and worked diligently with pride in doing a great job! Thank you Duncan and entire crew for a job well done! Don & Linda

Ryan was amazing to work with! He was timely, communicative and a true pleasure to work with. He really took care of me! Thank you for all of your help!

I'm happy I went with Megram for my roof. They did such an amazing job and the work was done in one day. The men also checked for any rotted wood and added new panels of wood to those areas. I want to focus on Issac and his diligence. He was on time with everything and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Issac also made sure that the roof was done correctly and professionally. I can't say enough about his work ethic. Highly recommend this company and the workers. Thank you!

Duncan is the man !!!!! He was there guiding me every step of the way. I had no issues and no worries. It was insurance claim which can be scary and intimidating. But not with Duncan Thank you Duncan.

Our insurance company, Security First, hired Megram Construction to asess and ultimately replace our roof that was damaged by Hurricane Milton. I am so glad they did. Megram assigned Duncan McCartha to be our Projerct Manager and interface with Security First. He was very purposeful and empathetic as we determined the scope of our claim with Security First. Once all of the details were worked out, the roof and gutters were replace very quickly and competently. All involved did an excellent job. I unreservedly recommend Duncan and Megram Construction for your roofing needs.

Jody, Max, and the team at Megram Construction were fast and professional. They answered my questions, worked with my insurance company, and made sure the proper permits and inspections were fulfilled. And my new roof looks fabulous! Highly recommended!

Duncan did an excellent job and made it easy for us. He is a true credit to Megram and his honesty shows through! We have recommended him to our friend and neighbors! He works hard and is a great example to his work crews!

Our experience with Megram was fantastic, very specifically Duncan, was absolutely awesome, he went well beyond any expectations. Half my roof was blown off during Hurricane Milton, I had water leaks, no tarps, no equipment and no way to tarp my roof when the storm passed. We called Duncan directly in the morning after the storm (a friend recommended him), that afternoon he was at the house, with tarps and nails, and tarped the whole roof for us, he even helped a neighbor right after he got done with us. We ended up using Megram to put a new metal roof on. The entire experience was very seamless. Duncan came out with the details and contracts, explained everything in detail, pulled permits, scheduled the installation for when we were not here and throughout the entire process, hit every deadline or promise, not once did I feel like I needed to chase anyone. Additionally, when the insurance inspector came, Duncan was here to help with the roof inspection, and to help point out all the damage. The Megram team handled all the communication with the insurance company to get my claim sorted out, they took a ton of pictures and videos through the process and had the inspectors scheduled to come out for all the various inspections, soup to nuts. Outside a few emails and phone calls with the insurance company, I really did not have to do a whole lot. Anyone who wants a new roof, these are the guys to use, and if you can get Duncan on your team, you are in even better hands!

We had a very positive experience with Megram. They were professional and communicated with us throughout the entire process, which went very smoothly. Highly recommend. Thank you Justin and team!

After receiving roof damage from hurricane Milton I contacted my insurance company who sent out Duncan McCartha with Megram construction company.Duncan inspected my roof damage and proceeded to replace my roof and repair the soffits. Duncan was very professional, courteous and a real pleasure to work with and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Megram construction company.

Great to deal with on a re-roof.

Thank you Megram Construction for my new roof! After severe damage to my roof after hurricane Milton, Duncan McCartha, Megrams Project Manager, tarped my roof and quickly began the roof replacement process. He was here when the insurance inspector came and pointed out all damage. He walked me through the roof replacement process and took care of everything needing to be done. Everything from the dumpster being placed in my driveway, the shingles delivered, the crew arriving early, all were professional, courteous and made sure the job was done properly. Duncan stayed the day of roof replacement continuing to clean up the area, talking to workers, getting on the roof and inspecting as the day went on. He had the city inspector here with the roof approved mid day. The entire roof was torn off and replaced in one day taking about 10 hours. All area was cleaned up by the crew and Duncan. I highly recommend Megram Construction-Roofing Contractor and Duncan McCartha. (I am in New Smyrna Beach and Megram is doing several houses in my area including four directly next to me).

Megram is the absolute best! From the assessment, to contract, to installation phase, this company was top notch! Ryan kindly and professionally walked us through the entire process and provided great oversight, coordination and communication throughout. Doug provided his expertise in setting up for us, and also rescheduling due to Florida Hurricanes interrupting plans. Finally, on a perfect weather day, the Megram crew, with Ryan's and Mike's supervision, hit the ground running, and completed installation of our new roof, amazingly, in less than a full days time, and it looks stellar !!! I can't say enough about this group, the quality of their materials and their above par work ethic is impressive and a pleasure to work with. Megram company and their crew sets the bar - our thanks and appreciation and sincere recommendation to anyone that asks!!!

Our new build roofing process was super delayed and Duncan McCartha has been so patient and great to work with. Duncan has been very patient, polite and very responsive even after hours! The quality of the work and customer service is excellent and I highly recommend this company.

From the onset of inspection and through the replacement process Justin was available and on site! The ongoing communication with Justin before, during, and after completion was great....Hey Justin Davis > Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience with Megram Construction. Tracy Little was my go to person for the project and he helped me file an insurance claim for damage done to my roof. His communication was fantastic and the roof work was done exceptionally. I am thankful and grateful for Tracy and Megram, and I cannot recommend them enough!

We are very pleased with our roof and we highly recommend Max and Megram Construction for next next roofing project.

Megram replaced my roof, gutters, and related exterior accessories caused by recent hailstorm. Have nothing but positive things to say about this company, especially Justin D., the supervisor. They provided exceptional service from pre-start to finish. Justin provided updates constantly and took care of any issues promptly. Great experience, and I would provide recommendation anytime. This is a 5 star experience.

Yes professional responsive on time good job. Would recommend yes and yes. 5 STARS. Thank you. Justin. And Michael. Awesome

I have had to replace two roofs, and for both I used Megram Construction. They are very reasonably priced, for amazing work. I have been blown away with how hard the crews work, and how quickly and efficiently they are able to finish projects. Not to mention I have been kept in the loop for the entirety of the process. Communication is so important when it comes to home repair, and I was always able to reach someone when I had questions; and I had a lot of questions. I really appreciate everything, especially from Jody and his crew. And the new roofs look so good!!

I cant say enough good things about this company. Our insurance company evoked their right to appoint a contractor. We werent happy about that at first (we wanted to choose) but boy did it turn out to be a blessing. From day one they were professional. Their work exceeded our expectations. So impressed that they had a supervisor on the job site the entire time they had workers there. We had a few minor things that needed attention after they were finished and they were right on it. Anytime I had a question someone got back to me that day. Their attention to detail and their customer service is impeccable. I would highly recommend Megram Contruction to anyone.

We had extensive damage to our home from a hurricane in 2022, and had to have the entire roof replaced and some interior repairs too. Tracy at Megram did a fine job from start to finish. We are very satisfied with the product.

Wanted to give a shout out to Justin Davis, who steered our re-roofing project from start to finish. He handled every aspect of the job, keeping us informed and walking us through the entire process from filing the insurance claim to scheduling the inspections and payments. The crew worked extremely hard, from sun-up to sun-down, to get the job done within the promised two-day window. Thanks Megram Construction! We are very happy with our new roof, and the house seems cooler with the ventilation repairs.

I would highly recommend Megram for your roof needs. Justin was our Megram rep who was with us from day one and ensured everything went smoothly with the insurance company. He was very responsive any time we had a question and kept us informed of every step. The crew was efficient and did a great job. The project manager, Alex and Justin then made sure everything was picked up and ensured it was as if they had never been here afterwards. We had several companies come out for estimates and were highly impressed with Megram over the other companies. We are glad we went with them.

Ryan Logrien was a professional and guiding force every step of the way. I had heard about the nightmares that people experienced with other roofing contractors and was a little nervous but Ryan and the Megram crew immediately put my fears to rest. When they said they would be here, they were, and stayed until the job was done and done right. I couldnt be happier with the new roof and gutters. Thanks Megram!

I worked with Ryan Haskins from Megram to set up my roof replacement and things could not have gone more seamlessly. The guys showed up on time everyday and were professional and respectful. Ryan said it would take two days, but I was prepared for it to take longer since that has always been my experience, but they finished right on time and cleaned all the debris up. My roof looks great! I would highly recommend this company Pam M

Professional, detailed information, efficient, reliable, from day one! Workers worked all day & cleaned up at end of each day! Three days work completed! Beautiful! Excellent job!

I was referred to Max Abramson at Megram from two of my neighbor's who dealt with him previously. Their recommendation was spot on. Max helped with securing a settlement with my homeowners insurance company after they denied coverage, and he helped me find a new insurance company after my policy ended saving me a lot. From start to finish he delivered a quality experience.

We are very pleased with our experience with getting our new metal roof with Megram. Our roof weathered the 2 recent hurricanes and we felt very secure. Max was our contact at Megram and was terrific- he answered every question and fixed the little things that happen as the project moved along, he was always quick to respond. Our roof looks great and our neighbors love the look as well. We highly recommend Megram and Max !!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL from start to finish!! Max and Tracy made the entire process pain-free; they worked directly with the claims adjustor and my roof and gutters were replaced in record time. You won't go wrong working with Megram; they're AAA+ team!!!

Excellent customer service and communication. Everything followed the plan from the arrival of the dumpster to its removal the day after completion. Very professional tear off, installation and clean up. They used all GAF products including the peel and stick underpayment not the old nailed down felt paper, a much better roofing system. They really paid attention to details like flashing and installing special product for low slope areas to help drainage.

We couldn't have been happier with Megram! They did a great job. Roof and Gutters look beautiful. Their team was here at 6am and worked non stop until 9pm 2 days in a row in horrible heat! They were professional and did what they said they would do!

I worked with Chris on our roof replacement. He was there start to finish. Megram replaced our roof in one day and did a wonderful job.

I worked with Max Abramson and he was helpful throughout the entire process of getting a new roof. Whenever I had a question or a need, Max was readily available to help me and promptly returned my calls. He made getting a new roof as seamless as possible and delivers on all his promises.

As a result of an insurance claim I was fortunate enough to have access to Meg Graham construction and their manager Chad who provided 8 + 10 stars stars for project development completion and quality. Everything was fit to finish start to go no delays and exceeded our expectations. Be sure to shop these folks before you spend another dollar.

We had a great experience with Megram. They installed a new roof and from the beginning to the end of the operation they were very professional. Our roof is not small, but they finished the job in 1 day, start to finish, and coordinated the reinstallation of the lightning rods after they were done. What I appreciated the most is that there were no shingles sitting on our roof for even 1 day before the installation: they arrived early in the morning to tear off the old roof, and when they were done with that the new shingles arrived to be installed. Great timing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Highly recommend using Megram Construction. Chad was excellent at walking with us throughout the project from start to finish. Alex did a great job overseeing the work being done on the day of installation. I would certainly use them again!

We recently had our roof replaced by Megram. The process has gone great and we couldnt be happier with our contact, Ryan Haskins. Ryan has been there every step and looking out for us. We had an issue with the gutters that were installed after the roof and Ryan has gone out of his way to make sure the gutter company fixes the issue. We highly recommend Megram and will use them again!

MEGRAM roofing is the best of the best! Ryan and his crew were punctual, on time, and they kept me up to date on the removal and installation process of my roof. Honest and hardworking people are hard to come by, MEGRAM exemplifies both values well. -Richard G.

Great company! They have honest, hardworking team members. Jody and Max went above and beyond in helping me get my roof replaced and was ALWAYS available to answer any questions. Their communication was off the charts and their desire to serve others is legit. Big thanks to them both and their team that did the install with great attitudes and excellent workmanship. They are a rare find!

Can't say enough good things about this company. Our insurance company dropped us unless we had our roof replaced. Megram was one company to bid. Here are the details and my experience: 1. they've been in business a long time and have multiple GCs, ours was super nice and knowledgeable. 2. they are local Florida roofers - they don't storm chase around the country and have the here today, gone tomorrow type -which was 2 other bids I got. 3. Their bid came out low but not the lowest - it was fair. My neighbor went with the cheapest option and he's had a tarp on his roof for 2 months, no thanks. 4. They completely replaced my roof and did extra wood work - all in 1 day! If you are trying to decide, I strongly recommend these guys.

What a wonderful experience we had with Megram Roofing! Our homeowners insurance initially denied our claim for a new roof, but Megram persevered, never gave up and got our claim paid. The entire process was flawless and professional. Max Abramson of Megram stood by us throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was always available for any questions or concerns and his response time was immediate. The workmanship was of the highest quality, there were no surprises or hidden fees and our roof was put on quickly. We couldnt be happier and would highly recommend Max and Megram Construction!

With an aging roof that was destined for leaks, we called Megram in Spring of 2021, a day after a large wind and hail storm had hit our neighborhood in Winter Park. Tracy Little, our PM, came out the next day and spent a good 1-2 hours on our roof, checking every area of the roof for damage. Tracy was able to locate wind damage and immediately began the process of filing a claim with our insurance carrier. Tracy worked tirelessly to get our insurance company to cover the claim, needless to say without the detailed report and pictures we probably would've been denied our claim. The new roof was put on later in the summer and each request we had was taken care of with precision. Tracy was constantly following up and making sure we were happy with the work, even stopping by personally several times to climb up on the roof to inspect. Can't thank Tracy (and also Chad) enough. We are so happy with the new roof, it's changed the whole appearance of our house and will feel much more comfortable during the Florida thunderstorms/hurricanes for years to come!

Our Megram representative J.Spelman did a great job of walking is through the process of getting a new roof with our insurance company. He responded quickly to our questions, assisted us with choices and made it an overall smooth and easy process.

Working with MEGRAM roof company and with Eric Brink was a blessing, I got my roof replaced without any hassle, thank you a lot for such a great experience and thank you Eric you are the best, I will recommend this company and this manager I'd you want a job well done ,fast and accurate.

Tracy at Megram Construction was a pleasure to work with. I absolutely would recommend him for any future roof needs.

Megram was amazing. Tracy was my point of contact and walked me through each step. What should of been a very difficult ordeal was made easy and painless by Tracy's professionalism. After they helped me with my insurance the next step roof replacement and inspection which went perfectly. I hope I never need a new roof again but if I do, I know where I am going.

Roofing replacement can be a nerve-wracking experience. That's why I highly recommend the experienced and knowledgeable team at Megram Construction. You don't need any more stress added to your life (!!), and with Megram it's a pleasure every step of the way. Kudos to my particular project manager, Tracy Little: there is no problem he can't handle. Responsive, attentive, and patient with all the detailed questions and follow-up. 5-star all the way. Job (very) well done! Charley/Winter Park

Dave Mckinney was an absolute gem to work with! If I could give him 9 stars I would.

I contracted with Megram to replace a residential roof and could not be more satisfied. I worked with Project Manager Tracy Little, who was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy and had a thorough understanding of the insurance industry and roofing laws. His advice was fair, reasonable and accurate. The quality of roofing work was superb. The city building inspector commented to me about the exceptional work of Megram. I will never hire any other company.

Max was unbelievable!! Walked me through the whole process from start to finish. Was always accessible. Always answered the phone or returned my calls within just a few minutes. I could not ask for a more professional person to handle my case. I would highly recommend you contact Max for any of your roofing needs.

We are very grateful to Megram Construction and project manager Ryan Logrien for the excellent service the provided replacing the roof on our 2400sqft house. The roof looks great. Ryan kept great communication throughout the entire project. He was present supervising the job almost the whole time, keeping an eye on every detail. Today my family consider Ryan a friend. Needless to say, I highly recommend him and his company to any roof needs. Thank you

We give Megram 10 Stars!!! We were a bit hesitant only because of experience that has gone bad in our past with other projects. Chas came out gave us step by step, it was exactly what we were told by Chas. All the guys that came out were FANTASTIC, would hire them again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you so much for the great job Megram!!! LOVE our new roof!!!

MAx abramson inspected my tile roof as they were working on a roof next door- he found my roof in great shape except for some repair work which needed to be done-He did not try to sell me a new roof when I did not need this about 12 tiles on large roof- we scheduled the repairs and their repair man was incredible- polite and comprehensive in the repairs and for a VERY FAiR PRICE! roof will last another 7-10 years

Having had our roof replaced on previous homes, we certainly realize how impactful having our roof replaced can be. MEGRAM planned, communicated, delivered and exceeded all expectations. The entire roof was replaced on our 2600sq ft home in 1 day. Their entire crew was exceptional. Quality, attention to detail and the end result absolutely left no doubt that our decision to have this company replace our roof, was an excellent choice. We would absolutely recommend this company and would not have changed a single thing.

I cannot say enough good things about Magram Construction & Duncan McCartha. They replaced my roof in one day & before the scheduled time. They have kept me in the loop at every step of the way even during this pandemic time. Ask for Duncan McCartha, Project Manager, he is professional and responsive. Magram Construction should be very proud to have him on their team. Thelma Morici

Thanks to Eric and Megram for helping me get my roof replaced at two of my properties that had hail damage. They worked with the insurance company to get the roof replacement approved and I only had to pay my deductible.

Megram is a truly 5 Star roofing company! Greg & his team displayed exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness. Excellent quality and easy to work with them and the insurance company. Highly recommend them, very pleased, thank you Megram!

Walter Carter was my point of contact for the whole experience . I would not let anyone else be my point of contact. Walter Carter is the one who is the best person to ask questions and to make sure everything gets done. I highly recommend this company.

Tracy did an outstanding job, helped with my damaged roof, helped with the insurance claim, and his team installed the entire brand new roof, fixed a leak, and installed new gutters, and all I had to pay was the deductible. I am super grateful for their excellent, timely, and friendly service in getting my home up to date. I highly recommend Tracy and Megram for all roofing/construction needs.

My new roof looks great. The install crew is super organized and super fast. My contractor agent with Megram, Max, is excellent. Great communication and very professional.

Dave handled our roof replacement from start to finish. Great communication throughout the entire process! He was always available for any questions or concerns we had. Great experience, highly recommend Megram!

Tracy Little was on time, on point, and generally, "on it". 5 stars isn't enough. We've used his team , twice, and will refer him future opportunities.

Profesional!!Eric was always in communication with any updates, once everything was set to start it was right on point! Great company since the day I made the call!!

Had our roof done by them, beautiful work. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we were extremely happy with their service.
